These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PWDR HAIR website and the booking of services at our salon. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Bookings and Appointments
Availability: Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or text.
Deposits: We may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your service.
Consultations: For major color transformations or new clients, a prior consultation may be required to provide an accurate quote and timeframe.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We value your time and ours. To manage our schedule effectively, we enforce the following:
Notice Period: We require at least 24–48 hours' notice (depending on your specific booking) for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within the notice period may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive for an appointment without notice may result in a "No-Show" fee equal to 100% of the booked service cost.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying following clients, or in some cases, reschedule your appointment. The full service fee will still apply.
4. Pricing and Payments
Quotes: Prices listed on our website are a guide ("starting from"). Final pricing will be determined in-salon based on hair length, thickness, and the amount of product used.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, EFTPOS, and cash. All payments must be settled in full at the completion of the service.
Increases: We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time.
5. Health and Safety
Patch Tests: For your safety, new color clients or those who haven't had color with us in 6+ months may require a patch test at least 48 hours before their service.
Allergies: You must inform your stylist of any known allergies, scalp sensitivities, or previous adverse reactions to hair products.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may compromise the integrity of your hair or if a client’s behavior is disrespectful or unsafe.
6. Service Satisfaction
We want you to love your hair. If you are not satisfied with the result, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to provide a complimentary adjustment if the service performed did not meet the expectations discussed during your consultation.
7. Intellectual Property
Any content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of PWDR HAIR. With your verbal consent, we may take "before and after" photos of your hair to use for marketing and social media purposes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the state in which the salon operates. Any disputes will be handled within this jurisdiction.
